Nestled on a rural plot with stunning northern water vistas, an existing 1980’s dwelling reconstructed into a new, contemporary single-story residence. The design intent was to create a spacious and ‘open’ home for our clients, reflecting their move from the shores and glistening sunrises of Bondi to the verdant expanses of the Southern Highlands. The home’s orientation takes cues from the northern outlook of the existing rural homestead.
